Partnership for Hotels and Guesthouses in Búzios
Búzios360 is building the editorial accommodation layer for Armação dos Búzios — hotels, guesthouses, and pousadas — on a multilingual map (PT, EN, ES), in where to stay guides, and across trip itineraries. We do not promise booking volume or traffic we have not yet measured: we offer structured presence, honest click tracking, and a channel when someone shows real intent to book a stay.
Why hotels and guesthouses should care
- Planning before booking — travellers research neighbourhood, beach, and property style before closing on Booking.com or a direct site. Búzios360 shows up in that planning phase.
- Editorial trust — many guesthouses rely only on OTAs. A curated listing in Portuguese, English, and Spanish reinforces credibility for Brazilian, Argentine, and European visitors.
- Neighbourhood context — your property appears tied to the right area (Geribá, Ferradura, João Fernandes, Manguinhos), not as an isolated pin on a generic map.
- First accommodation monetisation — we start with affiliate clicks on booking links; sponsored placements follow once traffic is measurable and useful for reporting.
Where your property appears
Verified partners may be featured on these editorial surfaces:
- Where to stay guides — articles such as Where to stay in Búzios and profiles by traveller type (family, couples, budget).
- Neighbourhood pages — stay context on profiles like Waterfront and downtown and regions on the places map.
- Itineraries — suggested bases for 1-, 3-, or 5-day stays and cruise port days.
- Editorial map — listing with accommodation category, photos, indicative price band, and booking or WhatsApp buttons.
- Seasonal content — high season, New Year, and long holidays when editorially relevant.
We do not guarantee placement in “best of” lists or impression volume — curation is editorial and transparent.
Affiliate vs direct partner
| Model | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate (current phase) | Tracked “Book” button to your site, booking engine, or affiliate programme (e.g. Booking.com). Búzios360 logs clicks; commission follows the programme rules. | Properties that already sell online and want an extra channel without lead operations. |
| Direct partner | Verified listing + WhatsApp and/or inquiry form. We forward interest with context (language, dates, profile). You confirm rate and availability. | Boutique guesthouses, personalised service, packages, and rates negotiated on WhatsApp. |
| Sponsored listing | Labelled priority in guides, map, or results — optional product after curation and once traffic is measurable. | Properties seeking priority in peak season or launching a new unit. |
Affiliate and WhatsApp can coexist on the same listing when the visitor’s channel is clear.
Listing requirements
To publish or claim an accommodation listing we need:
- Real operation in Búzios — verifiable address, neighbourhood, and commercial contact.
- Official name and category (hotel, guesthouse, aparthotel, etc.).
- At least one booking channel — own site, booking engine, OTA, or business WhatsApp.
- Photos with usage rights — provided by you or with explicit licence; we do not republish third-party galleries without permission.
- Nightly rate band or “on request” — indicative value or quote policy; final rates are always confirmed by the property.
- Willingness to update — season, renovations, pet policy, or management changes when requested.
Argentine and Spanish-speaking opportunity
Búzios sees meaningful traffic from Argentina and Spanish-speaking visitors — especially on long weekends and summer. Búzios360 publishes the same editorial base in Spanish, with adapted tone (WhatsApp, AR holidays, exchange context when useful).
- ES listings increase discovery outside Portuguese-only channels.
- WhatsApp is the preferred channel for many Argentine guests.
- Neighbourhood and beach guides help first-time visitors who do not yet know Geribá vs Ferradura.
We do not promise visitor share by country — we structure content for audiences already arriving in those languages.
Tracking: clicks, WhatsApp, and bookings
Transparency for partners and visitors:
- Booking link clicks — outbound clicks to site, OTA, or affiliate engine (click-out model).
- WhatsApp clicks — contact events attributed to the listing without intercepting the chat.
- Inquiry forms — forwarding with language, neighbourhood, and visitor message.
- UTM and campaigns — standard parameters supported when you provide your own links.
- Reports — shared aggregates when volume allows useful reading; we do not invent launch numbers.
What Búzios360 does not do
Clear responsibility boundaries — the property owns the commercial relationship:
- Rates and promotions — we do not set prices or guarantee the lowest nightly rate.
- Availability and overbooking — calendar and allotment are confirmed directly with you.
- Payment and invoicing — we do not process cards or hold stay commission (except third-party affiliate programmes when applicable).
- Cancellations and no-shows — hotel/guesthouse policies prevail; the portal does not mediate guest disputes.
- On-property experience — room quality, breakfast, and service are the establishment’s responsibility.
We publish an editorial summary and point to the official booking or contact channel. Verified partners may request corrections at any time.
Next steps
Sponsored placement (optional)
Once portal traffic allows useful reporting, hotels and guesthouses may request priority position in stay guides or on the map. Labelled sponsored product — not required at initial signup.

Transparency and trust
- We do not disclose audience or booking metrics we have not measured.
- Forms require LGPD consent; data handled per Privacy Policy.
- Commercial partnership does not buy independent editorial recommendation.
- Demo listings on the site are labelled until replaced by real partners.
