Búzios360 is the multilingual local guide to Armação dos Búzios. This page is for local businesses that want to register, correct, or claim a profile on our places map — low friction and no promise of bought rankings.
Important: submitting the form does not guarantee publication, search position, or editorial endorsement. Every profile is human-reviewed before it appears on the portal.
Who can submit
- Owners of hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, shops, or attractions in Búzios
- Authorised representatives — managers, marketing staff, or agencies empowered to update data on behalf of the business
- Tour operators — schooner, diving, buggy, trails, and experiences with local operations
- Agencies and licensed agents with CRECI-RJ (individual properties can also use List your property)
- Local service providers — transfers, spa, events, renovations, and support for visitors and residents
We do not accept listings for businesses outside Armação dos Búzios, fake profiles, or requests without a link to the establishment.
What can be listed
We organise editorial profiles — not an open directory without curation. Typical categories:

- Dining — restaurants, bars, cafés, nightlife
- Tours and activities — operators with embarkation or meeting points in Búzios

Required information
To speed up review, have ready:
- Business name and map category
- Location — neighbourhood, address, or clear reference on the peninsula
- Business WhatsApp and, if available, website or booking link
- Languages served — Búzios360 publishes in PT, EN, and ES; tell us how you serve international visitors
- Owner or representative name with authority to submit data
- Legal registration when relevant — CNPJ, CRECI-RJ (agencies and agents), permits or tour operator licence
- Photo permission — whether you authorise your own images, credited use from your site, or text and link only
- Existing listing URL — when updating or claiming a profile already published
Review process
- Submission — complete the form below with accurate data and LGPD consent
- Triage — we confirm your link to the business, category, and Búzios location
- Editorial curation — we summarise information useful to visitors; fix tone, duplicates, and inconsistent data
- Publication or reply — we publish the profile, request more detail, or explain refusal (misleading content, out of area, no authorisation)
- Updates — future changes can be requested via the same form with the profile URL
Typical response time: within 48 business hours. High season volume may extend this — we reply via the email or WhatsApp provided.
Sponsored upgrade (optional)
Basic editorial inclusion on the map may be free at launch, subject to curation. After publication you can request sponsored placement:
- Visual priority on the editorial map and in relevant results
- Visible Sponsored label — paid placement is never disguised as editorial recommendation
- Presence in thematic guides (beaches, cruises, things to do) when editorial calendar allows
Sponsorship does not buy organic ranking, reviews, or editorial endorsement. Pricing and formats via the advertiser programme or media kit after commercial contact.
Accuracy and legal responsibility
By submitting data you declare that:
- Information is true and up to date, including prices, hours, and services offered
- You have authority to represent the business and authorise use of name, logo, and photos as indicated
- You respect image rights, trademarks, and third-party content
- You understand Búzios360 may edit editorial summaries, refuse misleading profiles, and remove content that violates law or our Terms of Use
Búzios360 is an independent private editorial portal — not a government body, not a licence issuer, and not a party to contracts between visitors and businesses. Bookings, payments, and complaints are handled directly with the business.
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. The form requires explicit consent.
